Rainshield range of hi-performance polymer modified bitumen roofing membranes are manufactured using the latest state of art technology. The unique nature of this closely guarded technology involving processing at low temperatures affords protection to the elastomers in the blend with the result that the Rainshield range is tough yet flexible, unlike the conventional products generally available. The blend of block polymer and elastomers imparts high chemical resistance and retards the process of aging associated with ozone attack and UV exposure while at the same time retaining all the mechanical properties.
USES
Rainshield membranes can be used for roof-inverted type, as damp proof course, below plain cement concrete, foundation,bridges, basements and underground jobs, waterproofing of swimming pools, tanks and reservoirs, water barrier in murrabba slabs, waterproofing below tiled roofs, separation layer for agricultural fields, gardens, green houses etc.
